Can "Dilithium" Ships purchased via Ship Requisions be reclaimed?

Just as the title says :)

Because I, like many others, (I would suspect) want to have some more ships for the Admiralty System without also buying a bunch of Ship Roster Slots.

Nope, if you dismiss a ship bought with a Free Ship Token from Rank-Up or with Dilithium, it's gone for good and the only way to get a replacement is to pay for it.

Oh well, maybe if/when the new "Drydock" feature that's been discussed in other threads comes out, buying "Dil-ships" will become a more viable option.

Until then, I'll just have to consider buying more ship slots.
