Mouse And Keyboard Sluggish In Game

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
today when logging in there was a new patch [not yesterday's] and noticed all mouse function and keyboard commands were very sluggish.[afew seconds delay] anyone else having this issue?

    Always seem to have this issue regardless of graphics settings. Mouse more so than keyboard.

    might be caused by rubber banding.it's alway's something.
