I am still having the same issue as before

my direct 3d video is causing the crash and what is rather interesting is that right before the upgrade I was playing with the same computer and same video cards and after the update I am unable to log in to the game. I have checked my system on my windows system and it is not my system at all. I have tried to use the safe mode and to verify the program and even tried to use steam and arc. nothing is working. I have my own idea why and could it be that I am not spending money at all? Not saying it is but it seems rather unconscionable that would do that and to mac users. oh well and I can play champions online still with the same computer and drivers.
