for some reason i can't access the new missions the hail button is grayed out for me. At first i thought it was because i didn't have the mission "Darkness before the Dawn" completed but after i did complete it the first 5 missions remain grayed out.

I had a similar problem with the Borg missions when they were revamped and it was the mission that sent me to Starbase 39 Sierra that was blocking the missions.
