Strange artifacts after New Dawn

Hello, I have some strange things to report. I started Patrol Wyanti system in Delta quadrant, and I used Underspace portal. In the new sector game is horrible using GPU. There are some green and purple artifacts and GPU is used on 99% of performance. GPU is Radeon R9 270X and CPU is FX-8350 with 8GB RAM.
