Where to get purple klingon boff's as a fed charater?

I have a white quality one I'd like to replace. I've seen a couple on the exchange for about 10mil but am wondering where they come from in game. I've got a couple of other purple boff's such as ferengi or human from a doff mission, is there one of these for klingon's. If so when and where do I find it?

    When you get your Diplomacy Doff ranking to max, you can pick up a Boff from the other faction. Probably from there.

    All my doff rankings are maxed out. How / where do you get the boff from?

    ESD, Quinn's office, Jiro Sugihara.

    Note that it is literally a KDF faction Nausicaan/Lethean/Orion.

    As far as Starfleet Klingons go, they have a similar problem to Remans - they mght randomly show up while levelling, but other than that, nothing.

    Actually, the Diplomacy Boff is NOT Klingon. It's limited to Gorn, Orion or Nausicaan IIRC.

    Yeh if i remember correctly the only Purple Klingon Boff is Cstore only.​​

    Indeed, that's true. Biggest disappointment I had when I finished the Diplomacy doffing...no Klingons :s

    I got a Klingon tac boff from a boff recruitment doff assignment once.

    In a hilarious moment, one of my Fed-rom characters got a Klingon as the Allied boff she got from choosing an ally. :p Yeah, a Federation Klingon.... on a Romulan character.

    That NPC is standing near the regular boff vendor in First City.
