Coinciding with the launch of the Yamato Dreadnought Cruiser, we have completely rebuilt the model for the canon Galaxy Dreadnought. The updated model is based on the revamped Galaxy-class model released earlier this year and features more accurate shapes and extensive surface detailing, faithfully recreating the ship as seen in Star Trek: The Next Generation’s finale episode “All Good Things.”

Whoever did the work modeling that ship deserves a bottle, nay a case of Romulan Ale!
Finally. She's gorgeous Cryptic and worth the wait. Special props to adding the additional variations, my highest compliments, or in the words of Picard, "Nicely Done."
Now that the art department has done their stellar work again, and the Phaser Lance is properly aligned, do you think this thing can actually hit its targets now? Maybe with full power since the firing coils are aligned?
Yep. Note that a lot of these Exploration Cruisers are named after the original Galaxy classes (the Venture for instance), including the Odyssey. Of note, the Yamato was the Galaxy class that discovered the path to Iconia, and the first to fall victim to the Iconian computer virus. A fitting class to debut after surviving a war with the Iconians.
My main concern however, is why all the lights are suddenly set to 'on'...
Shouldn't there be some that are turned off?
The power consumption on the warp core is going to seriously limit the ships' top speed!
Norway and Yeager dammit... I still want my Typhoon and Jupiter though.
JJ Trek The Kelvin Timeline is just Trek and it's fully canon... get over it. But I still prefer TAR.

At last, the other variants of the Galaxy such as Venture, Monarch, And Andromeda get the Galaxy-X treatment, and a new variant to go with it, the Yamato Class Dreadnought! Awesome!!!

even the monarch class, yeah i remember some people asking for it in the forum, hope they are still here tho...
my god that would be icing on the cake!! but i don't hold by breath on that one, if that happened i promise i will have to buy the 3 pack ship instead of just the galaxy x.
what would be cool also would be an integrated cloack ( but i known it is not gonna hapened )
even better would be an integrated battle cloack ( i am walking in the air:D )
i just hope it will not have the command specialisation, either intel or ( we can dream? ) PILOT XD !!

Edit: Keep the Envoy hull and Celestial neck and make them options for the Monarch (and maybe the Envoy nacelles if you're feeling generous).

Just a little bit of geeky goodness about this:
The third nacelle modeling was based of the old unofficial TOS dreadnaught design.
The third nacelle was actually supposed to be attached to the saucer to give it warp capability when detached. The folks who did the modeling for the TNG dreadnaught apparently overlooked this practical design point (or didn't care).

To echo several others, the ship artist DEFINETLY deserves a raise, a bonus, and a promotion to LEAD of AWESOME SHip Designer!!!!!

EDIT: Just noticed the Monarch class Dreadnaughts impulse exhaust ports on the neck appear to be split so they don't the exhaust doesn't hit the 3rd nacelle pylon... not sure if the original monarch is set that way or not,, but if that's a new touchup... NICE WORK! Great attention to detail!!!

However, in the light of that please forgive my (and others') gripe again though: The Excelsior class appeared in 55 Trek episodes and 5 movies, yet no remodel with its Tier 6 variant. As someone who bought the Resolute this once again feels like a slap in the face. Every other Tier 6 remodel seems to get one - why not the Excelsior too?

I might Monarchize the T5U Dread on my Tellarite for fun, but I'm probably not going to get the T6 version. But Venture-nacelles for my Galaxy, that's very nice.
Next touch-up: Nebula. Galaxy treatment and Venture nacelles, please. With weapon hardpoints.

agreed and seconded. I am pleased about the monarch skin though.
I am still not sure if Butterfly resetted everything back to normal, or we still averted the Yamato stumbling upon Iconia the way it did with the fatal consequences it suffered.

Yes to the Iconian Computer Virus. To me the Yamato is a well fitting name for the ship. I even call my own Dread the Yamato.
