Your pain runs deep.
Let us explore it... together. Each man hides a secret pain. It must be exposed and reckoned with. It must be dragged from the darkness and forced into the light. Share your pain. Share your pain with me... and gain strength from the sharing.
As before, I'm voting only because some of those designs are so horrible that I couldn't stand to see them being used in the final product. None of these designs are right for a carrier at all, in my opinion, so we're all just picking the best of the worst.
Having said that, Theta is my choice, because of all 8-hull designs, Theta & Gamma are the only two designs that at least partially look like they should be used on a massive, bulky carrier.
While I can see the arguments about the compact designs of ships like Epsilon being suitable, they just look far too much like escort hulls to me....compact, rugged, ideal for tight turns & low profile targets...
So, in conclusion - dislike them all, but Theta is a bit less-displeasing.
I'm tempted to vote Theta just to bury a jersey under the stadium since the last two times, the design I voted for lost...
But I'm going to stay honest and vote Epsilon since it and Sigma are the designs I'm really pulling for at the moment (since the primary difference is only the saucer section, either one's good at the moment)... Really, though, I can't wait until we get to round two or the finals and the designs get more details instead of the current 'roughs' on which we're basing our votes...

While Theta doesn't really look like a carrier (none of the 8 designs really do), it at least has some good classic design points ). If it loses this contest, it would make for a great sci or eng ship in the future.
Go Theta! That's my favorite! That is what I want in a Fed carrier!
Mine too! I want Theta to win the grand prize.

A Fed carrier should not have the same primary/secondary hull configuration of a cruiser... #TeamEpsilon all the way :-) It's sleek and looks the part of a carrier.

Epsilon looks more like a Tactical ship, and I'm hoping against hope the end result is going to be a Tactical carrier akin to the Scimitar. #TeamEpsilon it is!

If you look carefully at Theta's saucer from the side, you notice it's split. I assume that's where the launch ways and such would be from.
