Ship name not appearing.

Good evening. I hope I'm in the correct area to report this. :/

I recently restarted playing Star Trek Online. When I logged in, I noticed that my main character's ship customizations had been reset. I managed to fix them but for some reason my ship name is not appearing -- all I'm getting is a string of numbers. I've tried changing the name, logging out, logging back in and reverting back to the original name. That did not work. I've attached a screenshot showing the problem:

I don't think the original name -- U.S.S. Hermes -- violates any naming rules so I'm really at a loss on what to do. If anyone has any idea on how to fix this it would be most appreciated. Thank you.

    Looks like an old bug has reared its ugly head. This used to happen often in Season 1. Not sure what triggers it, though.

    Ok - finally figured out how to fix the bug! In case anyone else out there is having the same problem, open the ship customization option Then select a ship template -- you will see your ship's name has reappeared. Once that is done, click back to your ship's original template and re-do your ship's design. :smile:
