I remember a previous video in the same style. Still nice.
Can a link to the skillplanner builds be provided? Got a pretty good idea what was used, but I'd like to confirm it for myself.
Oberth is a Tier 1 ship. This was all Tier 2. We could have used the Rhode Island, but decided the Exeter and Gladius were better options.

Actually, we reported the issue 3-4 months ago, but only got to the bottom of exactly how broken it actually is more recently after persistent testing and investigation.
At least, we don't slap broken TRIBBLE on T2 ships and go around glorifying our piloting skills and how awesome we are

Ah yes - my apologies,...If only they were true Kinetic converts, but I suspect the radiation cheese was what they were really after

He has, but it was such a disappointing response that I think the Review Board will have to revoke his membership card. All he cares about is top DPS.

No, you do not. And I’m quiet confident you are really awesome in game yourself. The only thing that is saddening is the way you act in here. Your conversation with Odenknight illustrates it quiet well. Now if you need it, if it makes you feel better I don’t want to stop you.
Yet, pointing your finger at 5 players who used kemocite/torpedo combos in an ISA run on Tier 2 ships feels just silly and not remotely necessary for a player of your standing. The ability is around for months now and used by hundreads of players. Urgs, one of my 9 chars is also left over with a torpedo and uses a copy of kemocite. Before that I was just about to give up my last build with a torpedo. With Kemo now I was wondering why he suddenly kept on grabbing first places in CCA and sticked with the torp. Ok broken cheese, got it…. I’m an exploiter now too right?
As for you, if this ability is going to be adjusted or not by the devs will not change the fact that there are other players in game who are quiet good. The way you act does not give the impression that they are “exploiters” because they also happen to use kemo like countless others. It just gives the impression that you are upset and afraid they could be better than you are even on terms you don’t declare broken after you are done with your moth long testing.

Nope, I'm simply sick and tired of people who have a long track record and history of taking the newest broken piece of game mechanic (and I mean clearly broken and not WAI, not just "perceived" cheese) and using it to do some "remarkable" thing and showing it off to everyone as if they have accomplished something. And if you have a problem with me being upset with this sort of behaviour, then so be it.
If I see TRIBBLE like this, I'll call it out as often as I please, and will continue to do so in the future.

What Alfie and I are doing is having an (arguably) immature laugh at the hypocrisy that was perpetuated by two people who were not only laughing at people who used torpedoes, but would flat out forbid people from openly discussing it with new players into the DPS Leagues. One in particular wants to spread incorrect information about Neutronic and PEP torp, and I'm 'on the verge of sounding like an angry New Yorker' over it
So, no. It's not that they want to organize team runs, or have fun showing off builds w/ different frames. Heck, we've done some of that on Valikin's streams. It's just the underhanded and snarky attitudes that they have behind people's backs when they're not in power that's "bothering" me. Hey, doesn't mean I can't have some polite fun with what they're doing, and still be sincere about aspects of their achievements when it's warranted.

Come on, is it really a surprise that they would take others ideas and try to pass them off as their own. It's not like they have a history... ah wait, nevermind, just look at the title of this thread.
First came criticism towards the peeps which made the video for integrating torpedoes with broken game mechanics (radiation/kemo/multiple procs ec.),
then there comes criticism for advising against torpedoes when game mechanics where not broken and torpedo’s most likely didn’t keep up to common beam boats because of it,
and now comes criticism for the possible claim who had the idea to use this approach first, which in this case would mean using an exploit.
I’m really puzzled here.
Just feels like you guys should get your priorities straightened out first before bringing in terms like hypocrite. Sorry.

By the way I did invite MC along to show some folks in my fleet how badly broken some builds are. They were a little disturbed that their schimmy did not out dps a connie

I don't think so since the only STF when cannons were actually required, that is NWS, has been removed
I remember people - no naming and shaming, of course - singing glorious songs about the Dragon build and they never got banned.
People still use it. I am sure some wizard in whatever dps league can still hit 100k+ DPS with it or you can simply ask their parses. Remember, Optimal is different from viability. Dont need Beams if you are not aiming for #1 DPS in ISA. Different case though in different maps.
I dont know where your FAW no position nonsense is coming from when you are doing 100k+ DPS using FAW in ISA.
Since FAW doesnt need positioning as you stated nor piloting skills, Can you prove to me you can do 100k+ dps 10kms away from each mob in ISA in a pug with 4 random non dps players which you cannot click or use any buff and only spam space bar? I want with matching video and parse to see if you can hit 100k+ dps doing that.

OK I think you have a great knack for taking people's statements out of context, and twisting their words around, as also demonstrated in another thread.
But one simple request, if you're gonna quote someone, make sure you quote the right person - at least you can afford that courtesy right?

Oh and I got to hand it to you. "advising against torpedoes" is a beautiful way to describe: DPS Shaming, spreading misinformation, ignorance and outright elitism.
If I recall correctly, Oden sent Felisean his warm personal invitation to the Kinetic Kommunity in response to an ISA record run using a scimitar loaded with a neutronic torp. I would assume this incident is what he was referring to in relation to "hypocrisy". I remember Oden being extremely delighted when he heard the news. I think he is also planning to send him some projectile upgrade kits, to help him epic out his new toy
