Kobali Zone - Recovery Operations Escalation Bugged

Was running the Kobali Open Mission "Recovery Operations" and managed to get it to Escalation mode. However, in the following escalation mission "Quick Raid", the Defeat Vaadwaur counter went to -1/100 and didn't respond to Vaadwaur defeats. Link to screencap: http://imgur.com/gallery/TOeUJIq
I'm not sure if anything specific triggered the bug. I was able to defeat Vaadwaur and destroy transport pods, and transport pods "respawned" a minute or so after I destroyed them, so it seems to work as intended otherwise. Without the counter though, it's impossible to complete the Escalation. Could this be looked into?

Not sure if it matters, but while it was "escalating", I did not stop killing Vaadwaar, and beamed in a security team.
