I've looked around, doesn't seem like anyone is interested in starting one though.
Then again, can't say I'm too happy myself, about starting one with a bunch of strangers!
But I like too get fancy at times!?!
When the number of holdings, starting from scratch would take 2 years with a group of five people with endless amounts of resources. When someone is in the role of Fleet Leader, it should be their resources that level a fleet up more so than the minions below them.
