Unarmed Remans in Iconian Vests.

After today's patch ( 09/17/2015) my female reman in her Iconian vest still had no arms. Hands yes, arms no. Same with her upper torso, missing under the vest. Thought this was going to be fixed with this patch.

    I have a Reman also, I waited until after the patch to create the Iconian outfit. No matter which combination of Iconian wear I created, my arms were missing, you can only see the hands. I tried modifying an outfit instead of "creating" an outfit: arms missing. Then I created a whole new outfit and used the Iconian uniform, and still have the same problem: no arms. Same as selraxxx. Whats up with this?
