Code Redemption. "Input Valid Code"

I just got an e-mail "Elite Rewards for Captains like you" I clicked on redeem now but when I put in the code it says "Input Valid Code" I can not be getting it wrong because I just copied and pasted it. I have even clicked on the code it's self same thing. I have also tried typing it manually. I just got it today.

    I was able to activate my code, but didn't get the rewards. Is there something we need to do in game as well?

    Hello guys!
    I have just recieved an e-mail with a "FREE Andromeda Class Exploration Cruiser and enough XP to set your highest level character to 60!" to get through a redemption code. I clicked the "Redeem now" button and got to the arc site where I first had to sign in and then confirm my machine's identity, so they sent me that confirmation code and as I went, allready signed in to imput the redemption code manually and after a few attempts it still kept on saying: "Please input a valid code". Please HELP!
    P.S.:My main fed character is lvl 55 and I am a f2p player.

    Same here :(

    P.S. It seems that the address in arcgames.com/en/games/star-trek-online/guides is wrong - it points to: startrekonline.com/redeem which gives the Invalid Code error. Once I entered the code in arcgames.com/en/redeem it was accepted.
