Veteran Rewards

I just recently found out I am eligible for Veteran Rewards since I have had an active account since. 08/29/2012. Which puts me well over 700 days. However I have no rewards. I wanted to insure I had Veteran status before I ran all over the galaxy claiming my rewards so I decided to check both my characters one lvl60 and the other lvl53. Neither have the accolades or titles even for the 100 day veteran. I am just wondering if I am missing something. Any help or advice is appreciated.
