Account Unlock Ship rewards Not Claimable

I have a newly made Fed toon, and a few ships that are ONLY available to claim from the Event Rep store.
So far, not a big deal.......
Now that said toon is of level to be able to use one or more of these ships, none being of the Breen variety, I CANNOT get access to them because I cannot get into the event rep store.
This is the big deal.
These ships are supposed to be available to all the toons on an account once unlocked.. Correct???? How can you get access to them if you cannot even get into the rep store during an event like the CC event that is currently running??
And the next person that tells me to "Just go to the Reputation screen, select Event, then select store to claim" will truly find out what it means to find the short end of an even shorter temper....(eyes Cryptic's EQAH)

    I feel yah, they should have stick the store in the dilithium store tab where it's always accessable.

    I would go either Dil store or Zen store tab, maybe even a tab in the lobi store, but that would require you having Lobi or going to Drozana Station from where ever you are

    I have done some research on this. The ships are available to all characters on the account once you claim them on at least one character. What is NOT account wide is access to the holiday store. That you must unlock in either the winter or the summer events..... Bad design IMO

    I know they are available to all toons on an account, I have several that were created after the anniversary event that are flying around in the Samsar. I know that the toons on my account created after the summer event are not able to get to either the Samsar OR the Nandi. And seeing as the Fed toon I made is designed as a drain toon, the Nandi trait would be an exceptionally good one to have on hand.

    They are aware of it and have even made mention of this issue in the latst patch notes. Time will tell as to how they get it fixed.

    As an update: According to latest patch notes, the issue has been fixed. The store tab will be unlocked for the ships, but the event store tab (seasonal) will still have to be completed for that to be available

    you need to be lvl 50+ to unlock event store...yeah annoing, since many ships you can use from lvl 40+, but you have to live with it. hope they will move it some day to dill store os to other non lvl depending place.
