Holiday ships missing from dilithium store

I rage quit during the last summer holiday and delete all my captains. I decided to play again, but the winter and summer holiday ships are missing from the dilithium store reclaim on my new captain. Are they permanently gone since I deleted my captains?

The Risian and Breen ships are unclaimable for me, even when I have room in my inventory, ship roster and even though I do have the ship active on another character.

Also, the ships aren't Dil-store ships... They are event ships.. You can only reclaim them when the event is running.
Must have changed. I was able to claim the breen carrier for a new captain after the winter event was over. Alright. I'll wait for the next event. Thanks for the info.
Known issue - Some players are not able to reclaim the Breen Chel Grett and the Dyson Science Destroyer.
actually that's not correct, at any time you just need to click the character status icon top R/H corner of your mini map, click the reputation and then events tab and then click the store tab to open the event store finally click the account reward claim tab on the store window to list any ships you can claim, you can only claim ships you do not currently have in your armada but if you dismiss an event ship from your armada you can then reclaim it from the event store, you can do this on any character that has unlocked the event store during the summer or winter events.
if you have any characters that have not yet unlocked the event store you will need to wait for the next summer or winter event to unlock the store for them.
once the event store is unlocked it is permanently available to you all year round you do not have to wait for the next event to access it from then on.
you are correct however that the crystalline event or the mirror event for that matter will not unlock the store, you unlock the store by running a special reputation project at the start of the summer or winter event and fill the project with the required item to complete the project and unlock the store, this is usually 1 favour for the summer event and a winter item such as the holiday ornament for the winter event, you usually get awarded this item when you first beam into the event map.
you need to do this on every character you have, unlocking the store with one character does not unlock the store on all of your characters.
if you create any new characters after the events are over you will need to wait for the next seasonal event to unlock the store for them.

Now I just need to find where my breen warp drive is located. I checked the dilithium store reclaim, but the Kobali warp drive was there, nothing else. The event store has only the ships. Any ideas?
Breen Warp Cores are distinct from the ships. They are available through the Winter Event store, and not able to be reclaimed through the dilithium store, as far as I know. You will have to wait for the Winter Event to come back around to open up that store on any new character in order to buy one.
What about the zephram cocran shot gun? I remember that being in the dilithium store reclaim tab. Is that in the event tab too?
Correct. The Breen warp/singularity core can only be obtained after unlocking the winter event items in the event reputation store during the winter event. The problem is the warp and singularity cores are character bound, as well as the kit modules, when you get them. So if you want it for a character who doesn't have the items unlocked in the store you'll have to wait until the next winter event.

However, the summer and winter event items in the reputation store will remain available year round for any characters you unlocked them for.
I guess they're still working on it as this has been in the patch note known issues for a while. As for me I can claim those ships on all characters just fine.
