Whoever came up with the idea of the Mirror Armitage spewing the torp point defence in the section where you have to lower your shields to beam guys on/off the ship is an evil genius.

Also I am seeing no graphic for feedback pulse from the science ships. I'm having to guess who to stop shooting when suddenly my hull starts disappearing.

This feedback is from the Normal difficulty of the Queue

DS9 and Mirror DS9 could use some torpedoes to break up the phaser blasts, and perhaps have them use FAW more.

Maybe give the stations tractor beams/repulses as well.

The Mirror Dreadnought at the end didn't feel very special, it just felt like an up-scaled Mobius.
I like the new red colour scheme for the Terran ships, it looks really cool. Are their any plans to replace the Fed fleet emblem on them with the Terran Empire symbol?

Other then that, I liked it. The idea of transporting Mirror!DS9 to our universe to counter our DS9 was pretty cool.

    Feedback from the Normal queue.

I like that you can move and still beam up and down and that hits do not reset beam rates, unlike closing the rifts.

I hope that certain (Viral Matrix, Sub Nuke, etc.) skills can affect the repairs and countermeasure deployment of the station.

An assault ground mission component would have been nice. I would have really liked to run one.

I was also thinking that this would have been a good mission to build the value of Boarding Party. Perhaps Boarding Parties could supplement the assault teams (Poorer ship performance due to less crew for quicker completion). I like that you have to heal DS9, hopefully this will bring HE/ET/Heal builds to the more difficult missions. If that is a goal please consider the last timer as some might focus on less DPS.

    More later...

    This. So much this!

I've only given this one try, on Normal so far, and I already think it's going to be one of my favorites. This is just a fun mission, I like how it's broken into a bunch of short phases where you do different things, with multiple optional objectives to complete. I hope healing plays more of a role on higher difficulties, because it didn't feel all that needed on Normal.

I got an error popup the first time interacting with the portals and the beam up/down prompts for the assault teams. My screenshot of this didn't get saved, unfortunately, but I assume it's a known issue?

Just played it a few minutes ago. I think it's freaking great. Very intense action. I love space battles anyways so this is one that I will play quite often for my Iconian Rep Tokens.

Thank you Coldsnapped. Please let the other devs know too that this is a great mission.

    Peace! And Long Life!

    Like the Mission so Far.

My 2 cents from Playing Normal.
    • I'd like to see the Stations be fighting eachother, while we fight the ships.
      • No sure how difficult that would be but I'm still hoping that one day we will get to see DS9 Defend itself, and againsts its mirror, it would be an even match and not real purposeful, but would give some amazing ambiance.
    • I would love to see during the initial briefing, a "Kurland Here" Popup from him on the defiant just saying he is here to help... for nostalgia sake.
    • Give Colonel No name Bajoran a NAME PLEASE! My God, its been how many years since 4028 and she still doesn't have a name!
    • Really like the idea of the Station having Tractor Beams/TBRs. Thats a Really awesome idea.
    • Although the Temporal Dreadnaught is cool.... I'd prefer to See Leeta Flying something else... like a T6 Galaxy Dreadnought ala ISS Stadi
    • Every Screenshot I have see so far has had screwed up Names/Registries on EVERY SHIP!
      1. I know that the name will be the mob name, but the Registries are all.. NC-1071-F for the Odyssey for example.
    • I look forward to the Music and the extra Story Bits.

I was able to go three rounds for this mission and I'm generally pleased with it. It's very simple and a lot more condensed then recent queues. By that I mean that there's no mass warping and the two Nor stations are fairly close to each other, eliminating occasional pace breaks in the action.

As far as rewards were concerned, I got about 40-43 marks for great performances with all optionals cleared. I think for normal difficulty this is alright, haven't tested it on the other difficulties yet. I imagine a new Rep System will release with S11 since there's no reasonable explanation why this mission should be giving Iconian Marks.

In terms of technical issues, the queue's mostly fine, though there appears to be some collision box oversizing with the outer vertical structures of both Nor stations. The targeting box for clicking the stations also seems a little troublesome as well, as it's difficult to click-target a ship when it's behind the stations in any way.

    Also:
I got an error popup the first time interacting with the portals and the beam up/down prompts for the assault teams. My screenshot of this didn't get saved, unfortunately, but I assume it's a known issue?
I got this error as well, it seemed to trigger sporadically when I perform various interacts. It does freeze the game when it pops up but upon closing the popup, the game resumes as normal so it's not crashing the game.

EDIT: Because of the simplicity of this queue, I would like to see a more challenging queue later down the line as more S11 content is rolled onto Tribble.

I've noticed this also. It is difficult clicking on ships near, in front, or even slightly behind either station.

I use one of the side buttons on my mouse to "Target Nearest Enemy". You can do that in your Key Bind Options.

The other button, these buttons are both thumb buttons, is tied to "Target Next Enemy".

This way, I am sure to be locking on to my next Visible target. If you set your target reticules correctly, you can see which ship you are painting with your tactical/guns.

Also, glance up at your Target Box, by default, is the larger of the three target boxes at the top of your HUD.

Once you get in the habit of fighting like this, it becomes a natural flow.

Aesthetic feedback: Personal opinion but I think the Mirror universe should continue to use the Typhoon battleships. Not everything has to exactly mirror the prime universe.

I think that is because the "Box" around the Objects are designed the select the item closest to you...

We needs some new tech on this point or something....

I think it's the best PvE Action in that moment ... Epic battle etc ... Add more ship and epic music and you have a great battle, and place of immersion.

    But it's my opinion ...

I'm sorry, but I'm very disappointed with Centerpoint.

Closing Portals at the same time Protecting the Station? This is just a reskinning of the Mirror Universe Event! (Or should I say Mirror Event Mk4). Then the rest of the time you're just Pew Pewing? There is really no challenge, it's boring off the bat.

I honestly believe that people will stop playing event (as is) within the first week (two at most) it goes live. The only way people would play longer is if there is a new reputation and the only way to earn marks is though this event.

Right now off-the-bat, the only way I could see this a little more of a challenge is if the stations had hardpoints you had to destroy. Or if there was a ground component that you could beam down at the same time others are covering you in their ships. But you're best bet is dropping the queue idea and go with a new Battlezone.

I liked it over all, but want to echo some feedback stated above.

I feel as if the stations need more firepower. Terok Nor should use Tractor Beam Repulsors to push the player away, but that's just my opinion.

I'm not sure if this happens now, but Assault Teams should be a stacking defense debuff to Terok Nor. It would encourage more assault teams to be transported to the station.

I really enjoyed the runs that I have been able to get into. Didn't really notice any issues other than lag.

I DO want to see the Temporal Dreadnought in the game as a Reward for an FE with a new Console to make the Temporal Set a 3 piece set.

    My 2 cents :)

DS9 is of course the best reference for the firepower of Deep Space Nine.

That said - Terok Nor might not have been that heavily armed. I have the feeling that this was mostly Federation upgrades that happened in response to the discovery of the wormhole, quite possibly even only the discovery of the Dominion.
The Cardassians didn't need to fear an unknown invasion fleet attacking Bajor.
