  I would also like to know. I purchased the Fed Pack on Steam and cant redeem. It is turning into a dream killer.

  Yea, I just got the Legacy of romulus pack, and cant redeem my key either. A little bit annoyed with this.

  not sure... but if its an arc code... try using the arc client once... click in the top left to find "Redeem a Code" there.

  theres another page within the arc website, but there another forum entry dedicated to it not working and accepting keys either.

  Thing is this is a voucher from Steam.
  
  Their forum post states that we have to go to a particular website which isn't even available anymore since they've made the switch to Arc

  i got a response from support, they said they dont know why the site doesnt work, and they are looking into it
