Piercing tetryon weapons BUG

I am reporting a bug with piercing tetryon weapons which can be obtained only trough mission "Installation 18".

Upon trying to upgrade the weapon "Piercing Dual Tetryon Beam Bank Mk XI" the weapon instantaneously changes to "normal" - Dual tetryon beam bank, not after upgrade... just slotting it for an upgrade, the weapon transforms itself into another kind of tetryon(normal) damage type and loses its unique proc.

    Bumping and confirming that this bug still exists...

    Please at least add a warning about this to the Bug list as the change may not be noticed until someone upgrades it.

    Yup, the upgrade system is still buggy in seveal weapons. Some impulse engines you get also from some episodes are broken when you upgrade em as well. I just stopped worrying ages ago, i dont see the point lol.

    Bumping for great justice.

    With the upcoming "butterfly" set I would like to pair several different tetryon beam banks and arrays and this one does not upgrade properly. Please fix.

    I posted here a few days ago that I reported this several times as a Bug and also to customer support and the customer support did not care at all when I told them I would like my dilithium and my superior upgrades back, wasted by a bug in their software. I do not know what happened to my earlier post, maybe it is the policy here to secretly delete something that isn't positive. I just wonder how this attitude shall help me to spend money for a subscription or money at all.
