Season 10 map changes: where are the secure tricobalt plans DOFF missions now?

Now that Pelia/Gamma Orionis blocks are gone, can't find the plans. Tried looking at the new locations of some of the systems that used to be there, no luck so far.

    Try checking the edge of the sector blocks. Sector space doffing is messed up right now.

    They seem to be random for me, and 1 of the hardest to obtain IMO.

    I have found them in both, the Beta and Alpha quadrants!

    It is random as to which quadrant and/or sector it might appear in!

    At least, this is my experience thus far obtaining them!

    what I men is that for many sectors, if not most/all, the middle of the sector has a generic list of assignments that appear everywhere in the quadrant. To find missions specific to a sector I usually need to go to the edge of a sector block.

    I cannot find this tricobalt platfomrm plans. Every day i try it and nothing.... Where you find them?

    Like I said, try opening the doff window on the edge of the map.

    I play this game one year and this assigment secure tricobalt platform plans I dont find. Every day ride to the map and finding... nothing... In exp cost 1 mega ec that seems its very very rare assigment. Ok give me type who sector find last tricobalt plans and what doff assigments: current map, personal, deparment heats is.....

    If they do not appear in the current map listings, always double check in the tactical officer selection, by going to the officer dept. heads selection.

    These kinds of missions, are usually always associated with this dept. head!!!

    Again, they are random as to which quadrant and, what sector they decide to spring up in.

    Also, like I said earlier, you don't always get the right quadrant list by flying into a sector. sometimes.... most times... you have to fly to the edge.
