I can confirm this, and numerous players on Reddit also confirmed this.

Mine also does not work. I initially discovered this while doing Big Dig. And to test this, I went to Defera, only to discover that the Feedback Cascade indeed is not working.
I completed a 2-man CSE, ISE, and KASE, Optionals included. And I soloed Winter Invasion.

Thank you all for bringing this to our attention. It has been fixed internally.

And thank you for responding in a timely and effective manner. I'm loving this newer, more open communication deal that's going on, and I hope to see it continue moving forward. =)

Thank all the Gods for this. I just realised it doesn't work as I get killed repeatedly on Kobali Prime.

What does "internally" mean? Does this mean the fix is ready and waiting for next patch?

One would assume this means it was patched while the server was live.

    One would be incorrect.

"Internally" usually means that a fix has been made, but still needs to be reviewed by QA and approved for inclusion in a patch. This process can take anywhere from a day or two, up to several weeks, depending on other priorities.

How do we make sure you know this is a "Priority" to get fixed?

I don't mean to sound snotty by saying this, but... player preferences can't set our priorities. We have a lot of considerations that have to be made every time any change is made to the game's data or code, and professionals that are paid to make those decisions for the stability and health of the game.

This bug affects a single item which can easily be swapped out for a different piece of equipment at any time, until it is fixed. It breaks nothing (other than itself), it causes no corruption or server performance issues.

Please just be patient. I'm sure it'll turn up soon enough.

Thanks for the explanation. I don't mean to sound snotty by saying this, but... in my opinion player preferences should mean something to the company, if only a little. Thought that was a given in most businesses.
These considerations and paid professionals missed that the change to the game's data or code bugged this particular kit module
I understand that it can be swapped out for any other kit module. However, if you notice when it comes to your "Ground Invasion zones"( Defara, Kobali, and Dyson Sphere), this particular module is one of the more useful.

Oh, they do! At least a little, some times a whole heckuva lot. I didn't mean to imply that player priorities were ignored, just that there are many other internal factors that frequently have to take precedent.
