This contest, being run by Timberwolf from "The SHOW" podcast and myself, Allen from Zenas Expeditionary Force, is to see how creative the STO Community can be. We are looking for folks to create a mission in foundy with the following elements:
1) Creativity: How imaginative is your story, is it an epic standalone or maybe the beginning of a miniseries?
2) Story Telling: How well can you tell your story? How much do you pay attention to details and nuances within the story you are writing?
3) Immersion: How well can you draw your audience into the story as if they are really a part of it
4) Uniqueness: How is your story different from what is already out there? Is there a plot twist or a hidden "Easter Egg" in the story that changes the dynamic depending on whether you find it
5) Plot: What is the story about? Is it a war story with lots of combat in space and on the ground...or is it a love story that hints to a Romeo - Juliet dynamic...or is the player discovering through science the history of the universe?
6) Repeatable play: Is the story mission good enough to make players want to play it again ? Many great Star Trek episode have their fame due to their re watch-ability...can your mission say the same?
We will be accepting submissions starting now and will close EOD on Monday August 10th.
Foundry Submissions can be sent to the following emails:

Please be sure to send us your game handle "@player", and the name of the mission so we can find it.
On August 14th, we will choose 5 winners, 4 of which will be played through and recorded/posting those missions to YouTube. The grand prize for the best Foundry mission will receive a full movie theater quality trailer of their mission, which we will release and advertise, along with having your mission lives streamed for everyone to watch it unfold live....maybe even with a few guests
