Many/some specialization passive not working?

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
Until recently when my toons with Command specialization points were in combat areas the icon for the command running speed passive would be there, its not now, so thats one. Also the tier 2 command abilities that deal with team healing, ground and space, I don't see those icons and in the case of space don't see any tooltip boost to healing abilities with the specialization is active.

Energy signature flux produces the 10% defense, so its not the whole system thats not working.

    Icon display may've changed, but are the effects still there?

    We recently culled a number of icons that were considered unnecessary, in order to reduce some of the UI clutter. The effects of those passives should still be present, though.

    If you feel they are not, please give the exact names of the ones you feel are missing or broken, and we'll investigate.

    Restoration Harmonics( T2 command space heal) does not show in the tooltip as being active. I was hoping people would reply with their own results.

    Also T2 command ground Restoration Synergy, no tooltip change for Triage or medpack. I don't know if these are working behind the scenes or if its just tooltips.

    Pilot specialization tree trait "Lone Wolf II" is unable to find / slotting / equip. Lone Wolf are unlocked on my toon
