[Delta Alliance Reinforcements Beacon] and [Nimbus Pirate Distress Call] bug (or wad, not sure)

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
The devices Delta Alliance Reinforcements Beacon and Nimbus Pirate Distress Call share the same 15 min cooldown, you activate one of them and they both go on 15 min cooldown

    It's not a bug, it's intentional. It also shares the same cooldown as Fleet Support, so if anyone uses the Improved Command Frequency starship trait they might be better off putting their Delta Alliance reinforcements in the bank.

    I don't think Cryptic wants us summoning lots of powerful ships unless we're in a carrier.

    Then why give us the option to have both on the ship at the same time? they should make them unique, or even just remove the useless one (which imo is the new one, as it has no healing ship, and the pirate one does)

    Because maybe you want the variety? Maybe sometimes you want to call in the Delta Alliance escorts, maybe you want to call in the healing ship. It's an option. That's it.

    This ain't right...I want my precious 10 mins I spent on this FE. They should have been HONEST up front and say it shares a cool down timer with any fleet support/nimbus or the like. I want my time spent on this crappy FE bear-6.gifbear-7.gifbear-28.gifback

    15 minutes is a bit much. Use one and it starts a 10 minute CD of the other power is better.
