Having issues purchasing zen through Arc...
If I go to charge > star trek: holodeck > select amount > choose payment method (cred card), and I get to the checkout screen, I click it, and it just gets stuck on a spinning wheel and nothing happens...so i'm think it must be trying to find my billing info to pay, but I usually enter this whenever I pay using this method anyways, I don't tell it to save anything...
So I go into my account settings > manage billing info (just to check) > and this just takes me back to the Charge page where I choose the amount I want to charge and the payment method! (which provides me with no further information) Great...
Anyone else having these issues? Had a really stressful day, and just want to spend some zen...It has always worked fine the way it was before, why change things again?!

Thanks for confimring that it isn't just me.
I know STLV15 has taken place over the last few days, but I wonder how long it will be until this is going to be sorted out?? I would prefer it if I could continue to use this method...I was hoping to buy some more keys for boxes for Lobi, as it is a Lobi sale weekend, but at this rate I won't be able to make use of this! This is quite frustrating, and as I said in my original post about having a stressful week, this isn't making it any better...
Another interesting thing I noticed, when I attempted to purchase zen again today (again, failed) I caught a glimpse of this (managed to screenshot it when it flashed) Wtf?
I'm disappointed and frustrated right now.
