Stuck at Checkout Screen

Having issues purchasing zen through Arc...

If I go to charge > star trek: holodeck > select amount > choose payment method (cred card), and I get to the checkout screen, I click it, and it just gets stuck on a spinning wheel and nothing happens...so i'm think it must be trying to find my billing info to pay, but I usually enter this whenever I pay using this method anyways, I don't tell it to save anything...

So I go into my account settings > manage billing info (just to check) > and this just takes me back to the Charge page where I choose the amount I want to charge and the payment method! (which provides me with no further information) Great...

Anyone else having these issues? Had a really stressful day, and just want to spend some zen...It has always worked fine the way it was before, why change things again?!

    I'm having the exact same issue. I'd really like to spend some money, but PWE don't want it, it would seem!

    Thanks for confimring that it isn't just me.

    I know STLV15 has taken place over the last few days, but I wonder how long it will be until this is going to be sorted out?? I would prefer it if I could continue to use this method...I was hoping to buy some more keys for boxes for Lobi, as it is a Lobi sale weekend, but at this rate I won't be able to make use of this! This is quite frustrating, and as I said in my original post about having a stressful week, this isn't making it any better...

    Another interesting thing I noticed, when I attempted to purchase zen again today (again, failed) I caught a glimpse of this (managed to screenshot it when it flashed) Wtf?

    Not quite sure if it's the same issue, but after entering my correct information, upon clicking 'Checkout', I briefly get a blank red box, but no error text in it, then I get knocked back to the payment screen again. No payment sent. It's irritating not being able to give you guys $.

    Customer Support responded to my issue with useless suggestions that I clearly informed them I had already tried in my initial ticket.

    I'm disappointed and frustrated right now.

    Turns out it's the first option, VISA and all the others, that does not work. The Skrill-option and others do work. Still, odd.
