Male Vulcan bridge officer missing all head options

My male Vulcan science bridge officer is messed up. He has NO head options other than the Hirogen helmet from the Hirogen outfit. For MACO and Omega Force he only has the helmet options specific to those outfits. He is missing the 'Kobali Armor' outfit category from the dropdown, as shown in the screenshot. All my other boffs have access to the Kobali Armor outfit category and their heads are fine. I bought another boff from the exchange and discharged the original. The new boff has the same exact problems.

    Checked a male Vulcan boff on another character.
    WTF did you guys do? LoL
    This captain doesn't have a Knit Cap from the winter event or Hirogen helmet or anything.
    But I have the option to give my boff no head under 'Head Type'. Under 'Head Type' he does have 'Vulcan 1' through 'Vulcan 5' available also but his eyes are completely missing.
    In the 'Head Covering' drop down at the bottom he has the Khan helmets and wraps and the Vedek Hood available, which are both only suppose to be in off duty wear and are usually at the top drop down.
    I haven't checked a female Vulcan boff so I have no idea if they're messed up too.

    My female Catian boff (c-store token) has an extra head option in the 'Category' drop down at the very top. It says "DO NOT USE (Vedekhood Catian)". When selected there is a 'Head Covering' option at the bottom that gives me the Knit Cap from the winter event and the Vedek Hood. While wearing the Vedek Hood the boff's ears are inside it and I can see the 3 earrings on the ear poking through the hood. (Again, the Vedek Hood is only suppose to be available for off duty wear)

    That headless uniform, with pointy ears, IS hilarious though. Had me chuckling. Sorry... :p:D

    A similar thing is happening to my Vulcan male BOFFs and one Captain.

    TOS capris are replaced and can't change the category from tight pants.

    He's missing eyes and eye options, and can lose his head if I mess with options. All the premade faces show the Khan Desert Helmet I think?

    Same happens if I try to start a new male Vulcan captain.

    I have the exact same issue. Only Khan Mask is selectable as a head option (even though the actual head disappears) and the Vulcan Male can't wear certain pieces of clothing that he should be able to wear.

    Same here. My Vulcan captain is also having issues.

    The head options are messed up. You can see it in the screenshot.

    My captain doesn't have access to the Kobali Armor outfit category even though my boffs do, and he doesn't have access to formal wear. He only has uniform and off duty available.

    For off duty his head is stuck with only the Khan Wrap for his head.

    For uniform his upper body is stuck in Jacket Loose. I can select Jacket tight but this just causes things to flash once and it stays in Jacket Loose.

    For uniform his lower body is stuck in Tight Pants category. Same as the top: I can select other categories but things just flash once and it stays in tight pants.

    For uniform there is a 'Head Covering' option at the bottom with Cap - Knit, Khan Wrap, and the Vedek hood. Any of these can be worn with the hair, as you can see in the screenshot.

    For uniform his head and ears have a 'No Head (Helmet)' option, thus removing them. The eyes are completely missing and so are base complexions.

    Having the same issue with all of my male Vulcan bridge officers. Head defaults to the Vadwaar helmet and doesn't let me change it. New Bridge officers (Vulcan males) are just a pair of floating ears.

    my Vulcan character is also having the same issues and i submitted a ticket and posted in two other threads 2 days ago and so far i haven't seen any real response as to when this might be addressed.

    Having the same issue with my character. I submitted a few tickets on this already, but haven't heard anything back. Would be nice to get this fixed ASAP :neutral:

    I too am having this problem now on my main Toon, it started after the last update for Broken Circle. Same exact thing, some time my face preset options are female in place of Kkan Wrap for head image. Lower Body drop-down box opens but I cannot select anything else other than Uniform - Pants Tight. When selecting say just outfits, my KDF female outfits are the only ones that show. Also just noticed I cannot change the type for the upper body either, loose only, Im not able to select the tight option in the drop-down box.
    BTW, not one of these options are Male Vulcan.
