[Bug] Beta Fleets are obtaining 25% less bonuses than Alpha or Gamma Fleets

See this google docs spreadsheet as it contains all fleet tier bonuses. Simply put, at Tier 1 Alpha Fleets gain a 1% skill point bonus and an 0.25% dilithium discount. Gamma Fleets are the inverse of this; obtaining 0.25% skill points/1% dilithium discount. This adds up to a 1.25% total discount for Alpha/Gamma Fleets.
However, Beta Fleets are only receiving an 0.5% Skill Point bonus and an 0.5% Dilithium Discount. This is a total of a 1% discount rather than 1.25%. This gets worse as at Tier 20, maximum Armada size, Alpha fleets receive a 20% skill point bonus and a 5% Dilithium Discount (while Gammas get 5% skill point/20% dilithium discount). However, Beta Fleets only get 10% Skill Point bonus and a 10% Dilithium Discount. This means that Alpha/Gamma Fleets are obtaining a 25% total bonus while all Beta Fleets are obtaining a 20% bonus.
