General:
- Resolved a DirectX graphics related crash.
- Broken Circle:
- Resolved an issue where M’Tara would sometime teleport inside one of the relays after the force field comes up.
- Added audio lines from Tullek which were missing.
- The IKS Korta now looks like the correct ship during the cutscene where it rams the Iconian Dreadnought.
- Updates to a few lines of text throughout the episode.
- Restored access to new items that appeared in the Winter 2014 and Summer 2015 Events.
- These were never meant to be limited time only, and are once again available for purchase from the Event Reputation Store.
- The Device Tab in the Lobi Store is now available.
- The Xindi-Primate Outfit has returned to the Costumes tab of the Lobi store.
- Added the correct ship HUD/UI for Klingon Fleet Duvqu' Heavy Destroyer.
- There is a larger variety of Krenim civilians on maps where they are present.
- The Event Calendar has been updated to show the weekend events for the coming months.
- Resolved an issue where occasionally, when accepting a new Episode, the sub tasks under the episode name would not initially appear in the mission tracker.
Systems:
- Fleet Armada:
- Added an Export button the Fleet Roster page to export the roster to a CSV file.
- Commas no longer break the list when exporting the roster list of an Armada.
- Resolved an issue where some buttons could be dragged when clicked on.
- Resolved an issue where viewing another fleet's holdings in the Armada page would show your own fleet's holding levels instead of the target fleet's.
- Minor updates to the design of the Fleet Armada UI.
- Resolved an issue that was causing the Starship Trait "Superweapon Ingenuity" to not appear for players that had unlocked it
- Resolved an issue that was causing the Starship Trait "Weapons System Synergy" to no longer appear associated with the T6 Veteran Destroyers.
- Resolved an issue that was causing the "Emergency Weapon Cycle" Starship Trait to require two Trait Slots in order to function correctly. It is back to only requiring one, as intended.
- The Ferengi Nandi Warship can now use "Friends in High Places" as granted by the Ferengi Lobi Store Space Set.
- Description on the rewardpacks for "Blaze of Glory" and "Taking You With Me" have been updated to indicate a 100% Damage Bonus instead of 300% in order to match the mechanics of the Traits themselves.
- This is only a text change.
- Fleet Research Lab Holding:
- Klingons can now transwarp to their Research Lab from their Fleet Starbase if the appropriate project has been completed.
- All +1 Slot items have had their descriptions updated to reflect their proper usage instead of all indicating that they expand R&D slots.
- Contacts are no longer interacting with invisible consoles.
Known Issues:
- The trait “Salvage Specialist” does not work for Bridge Officers.

Just checked and its just showing a blank/nothing page for the other fleet holdings?
Unfortunately, you guys forgot to escape double quotes. The following comment breaks the file:
"testing, commas and quotes"
The double quotes are part of the comment. You're better off calling a library to output the CSV file instead of writing your own code.
I currently see nothing in the "Holdings" subtab of the "Armada" tab for the test fleet "Cryptics Tribbles Reborn".
I'm a little bit unclear what was fixed about EWC. The most recent patch (S10.5) broke it so that the trait was completely nonfunctional. But before that, EWC was applying an incorrect energy drain discount, and not applying any haste at all. Has the trait been fixed to actually work as stated in its description, or was it returned to its pre-10.5 patch state?
Well, commas are a start. I did post about it a while ago and it's good to hear that something is being done.
Not a bug per se... Just not that Many Respawn Points in Sector space, and the closest it finds is ESD.
It's fixed. Sorry the patch note is unclear. It describes what the exact under-the-hood issue was, for the sake of QA's review.

kdf characters exiting risa had the same problem, where departing they'd sometimes appear under sol instead of around risa.
happens a lot in the delta quadrant too, after leaving some maps you're placed in the same corner of the dq map.
We fight them too. Entire armies spilling out of Volkswagens.
We do our best to fight them off, but they keep sending them in.
