Can't purchase fleet T6 Arbiter...

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I have the 5 fleet mod and the EC to purchase. my fleet is level 3 but I was visiting a level 5 shipyard...

Any suggestions?

    Is it the case that you have to be a member of the fleet to buy that tier of fleet ships?

    if I am not mistaken it should not matter i thought that was the point of the map invite other than bragging rights...

    No I think the highest tier ships need you to be part of the fleet. I may be mistaken though.
