Missing starship mastery from veteran T6 destroyers?

I seem to have lost my starship mastery that I got from my veteran T6 destroyer. I am now flying T6 fleet destroyers. Is that a bug? Do I need to go back to my T6 to claim the mastery? I would appreciate some advice!

love how i flew the chimera (even though i hate everything about it lol) for far to long to get the traitt, and two days after i get the traitt, its gone.. /facepalm.. would love to see anything get released without a list of stuff getting broken...
