Did anyone notice that virtually everyone who opened a lockbox was getting a Krenim ship?
There is no change in the chance of receiving a lockbox ship. You (we) were seeing so many back-to-back messages of players receiving lockbox ships because more people were opening more lockboxes than normal. The messages were the result of multiple Bernoulli trials or compound probability; additional rolls at x%, similar to the way the % chance increases with procs on the use of additional DOFFs. During the first few hours of an update that features a new lockbox, this "message spam" happens all the time and is frequent at first, then soon dies down.
These patches are an absolute embarrassment and a slap in the face to everybody that plays this game. DO RIGHT BY YOUR CLIENTS CRYPTIC !!!

And, of course you are only going to see a message when someone gets a big prize. You will never see a message when someone gets a skill boost or other things lol. I have those notifications deactivated so i never see any message about someone getting a ship. But i remember back in the days, my screen was constantly showing messages that this guy or thos other one got a big prize. That doesnt mean everyone who opens a lockbox is getting it lol.
Cryptic said that they increased the chances of all the rewards. Well, knowing cryptic my bet is that this increase is about 0,001 % or something like that. So, in the end, nothing changed.

I suddenly feel old for actually remembering those songs and the series.
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

actually you may find that isn't cruelty, my daughter had 2 female hamsters that used to do that every now and then, over and over and over again.. they'd take it in turns.. 1 would run like crazy, suddenly stop running and spin around inside the wheel, she come zooming out and then the other 1 would jump right in after her and do the exact same thing.. we had to move them out of my daughters bedroom, she used to sneak out of bed to watch them, and we would hear her giggling from downstairs. or maybe it was it chinchillas, memory is baad.. they were fluffy and they weren't rats.. i'll need to ask her next time she's here
