I need help the Ferengi ship I get for Risa fly backward

Wahat need to do I get the Ferengi in Risa when are in space the ship flying in backward all the time. Please help ASAP.

    OK, lets settle this using a bit of logic and visual aides. Here is a D'Kora showing her stern, notice how the Ferengi do their engine "exhaust ports"...

    Now here is a similar shot of a Nandi, notice anything familiar???

    Yeah, that's right! The Ferengi trademark engine "ports" on *gasp* the end of the ship Cryptic says is the rear. OMG imagine that!

    I press W in the Keyword and the ship fly backward It is the first time fly these ship I get today after get 1k loonar favor supposed to fly from bask for the design is back of the ship and the other keyword happend the same. I want to flying these ship back everything is wrong wne fire too, please help ASAP.

    You need to install an Epic Mark XIV Dual Beam Bank [Acc x4] [Acc/Dmg] (and only that in terms of weapons), find a Borg Cube, and shoot at it. This should clear up your problems.

    Haven't you heard? Backwards is the new forward. People on the street are moving backwards, cars on the highway are driving backwards, the US is stationing troups and tanks along the Russian border and Greece is going back to its own currency. Absolutely everybody and everything is moving backwards these days.

    It is a mixed forward-backwards ship. It is the new prototype of a series of ships developed in an experimental non sided lab in a non dimensional world. The Benthan cruiser made repairs there and the engineers already did some tricks on the gravity flux, it was the first ship with the new shiny design. Sufice to say, the new Nandi "warship" has an horribly ship, nice boff layout blah blah, but im not flying such a monstruosity lol.

    Per the ship designer it was modeled after a trilobite and it is flying the correct direction.

    The benthan cruiser is a weird case where the TV show had it move one way, the designer's note indicate it should go the other and sto followed the designer not the TV show.

    Numerous people now are telling you the way it is. It is designed that way. That's how it is. If you keep continueing spamming your question i might fear a warning from a mod. perhaps a ban. :) You got your answer, life with it ^^

    It was pretty clearly seen pulling away from another vessel and you clearly see which end is moving forward. The real issue is that it was only a partial shot of the ship (camera was focused on the shuttle not the benthan cruiser). That they cut away after barely over two seconds is annoying but not a huge issue.

    I remember watching the episode and thinking it was a waste of fx money to build the ships and then not show them more than that little bit.

    Pressing ALT+F4 will make you turn the ship around...

    in a serious note, the ship does not fly backwards, think of it like a crossbow... It's its' design.

    Its not about flying in the correct direction. Indeed it is. The problem is the design, mostly. Some parts are looking at the right direction, other parts arent.

You will never tell where the bridge is and where the engines are because that is not documented anywhere. So, if you see the ship flying in a way in the show, thats the right direction. It is common sense.

    Common sense? Isn't that a contradiction in terms? Either way, the devs used behind-the-scenes technical specs when designing the STO version. And no they didn't copy/paste the model. The one in the TV show is a lower resolution than the one in STO.

    Speaking of the Nandi: It's STO's original design, it can fly in any way they wish. We may get a FED ship flying nacelles forward if STO lives long enough, deal with it.

    Thing is when you design a ship, you typically include what potential thruster exhausts are. And going by those, the STO version, as well as the original model, makes sense.
    TOIVA, Toi Vaxx, Toia Vix, Toveg, T'vritha, To Vrax: Bring in the Allegiance class.
    Toi'Va, Ti'vath, Toivia, Ty'Vris, Tia Vex, Toi'Virth: Add Tier 6 KDF Carrier and Raider.
    Tae'Va, T'Vaya, To'Var, Tevra, T'Vira, To'Vrak: Give us Asylums for Romulans.

    Don't make ARC mandatory! Keep it optional only!

    I think it's an optical illusion much like this:

    Some people saw this as the stylized bat it's supposed to be but others saw goofy, bad teeth (not kidding).

    I think it's how your brain interprets certain design cues and experience and preference with and for those cues.
    BTW, I saw it as backwards at first as well.

    I send ticket to STO posted here, but I didn't get any answer yet for the problem to fix the ship flying backwards is no only my ship all the Ferengi ship for the Summer event flying backwards with the engines in front these start the first day the was flying you can see all the ship have the engines pointing in front and the back is the front. It is the only ship I had have that problem or the player mention the other ship for the Delta boxes tier 6 have the same problem. I hope these no take that long to resolve these problem. I get crazy because with the fire wrong, fly wrong. I hope QA department resolve these.

    Now you either don't want to understand on purpose (known widely as trolling), or you're very, very stubborn.

    The Ferengi Nandi flies the way devs want it to fly. They've stated so clearly.
