summer event - cannot claim ship

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
i tried to claim the nandi ship but the project disappeared and there is no option to start again. when i try to select a new active project the only option available is to exchange vouchers for reputation marks. i was able to claim the ship on a different character but all others do not allow for redemption for the ship.

    Was this different character the first character you completed the ship project on? Starting with this summer event, you only have to complete the project on one character per account. All the other characters can then claim the ship from the Event Reputation Store->Account Rewards tab for free. This would explain the project disappearing on your other characters.
