Summer Event Reputation project and multiple characters

I don't know if anyone has asked or answered this yet or not, but I remember how in the last Winter Event, Cryptic made an allowance where if one character on an account completed a ship reputation project, any other character on the account could then finish the same project for just 40 reputation. Is that same system still in effect for the summer event, or will all of our characters have to complete the entire project to get the Nandi?

Apparently I can also reclaim a lot of other old reputation project ships. Can a new character on my account, then, actually claim all these ships, or is there some sort of restriction involved?
Yes, if at least 1 of the characters in your account has unlocked an event ship, then all current and future characters can claim it for free. This includes the special event reward Dyson Science Destroyer, but NOT the C-Store variants.
You can only claim ships earned in the past. If one (or more) item is grey in that list, either A: NONE of your characters participated in that event for that ship, the event for that ship is being earned (like the Ferengi Ship for the current summer event), Or B it is grey for that character due to to level not met. However if you are able to claim the ship but unable to open the box, then that char is definitely not meeting lvl requirements.
All my chars are level 60. on that list three of those ships are grey because i did in fact had real life situations going on where i was unable to earn them. So for my screen on all my chars, it is working perfectly. I cannot confirm this because of two reasons, none of my chars that earned ships are lower than level 60 and i'm not a member of STO staff in any fashion.
If you know as a fact that you earned a ship is missing on that list, or for some reason you know as a fact that you did participate in that event for FULL CONTRIB, then you need to submit a support ticket in game or on forums. Ill see if I can get Trendy or one of the devs to respond to this post to confirm this.
If you are not polite, not only are they definately not gonna give you one, you could risk getting your account banned.
Let me be perfectly clear: Again I am NOT a staff member of STO or any game listed on ARC Games website. If they say yes or NO I have no part in their decision.
Just a side note: On twitter, Trendy has favored my tweets more than once and Trendy might if it gets his attention in a postive way. I have never used profanity or disrespectful towards Trendy. As long as you are respecful, Trendy MIGHT be able to help you or game dev for that matter. If not move on and enjoy playing Star Trek Online as I do.
This is from the Lohlunat announcement; it seems a bit ambiguous, but "significant discount" is not the same as "free", so you'd be safer to lay in at least 40 vouchers on each toon for the ship that your main character is going to grind out. Remember, it's offered by the Ferengi!!

I didn't really fly the ship at all with Fed Engineer that I used to earn the DSD. I didn't see much benefit of that ship back then because my toon is an engineer, I wasn't really impressed with the "transformer" capabilities, and the ship looked a bit odd to me.
But I am glad I earned the DSD back when I first started playing STO since my KDF sci toon now actually has a science vessel that can cloak (currently flying the T5u B'rel BoP Retrofit) and my Romulan sci toon (currently flying the T6 Breen Carrier) has something better than the T5 Han'nom Warbird as a pure science vessel option. I think the DSDs will tie me over until Cryptic releases T6 ships that I find more appropriate for those two science toons.
I still don't care about the "transformer" capabilities today.
It is confirmed free in game. You d9 not need 40 tokens on your alts. Totally, completely, free.
Also, any apt that is less than level 10 can (and should) unlock the event store to get access to these ships later. Otherwise you'll have to wait for the first winter or summer event post the character reaching 50, so might as well unlock them now.
Just transfer 1 lollunat favor via mail or account t bank to run the reputation store unlock and you are set. Those over 10 can go to Risa and unlock the store with a free favor from the event coordinator on the docks.
As of right now once you unlock an Event Ship on one captain, that specific ship is unlock for your entire account. All you need to do is the following:
1. Go to the Reputation tab.
2. Click on the Events rep section.
3. Click the Store tab.
4. Click on Account Reward Claim.
5. Scroll down until you see the Event Ship you want to claim and double click.
6. You should now have your Event Ship.
I started playing STO just before the 2014 Anniversary Event which rewarded the Dyson Science Destroyer. I was able to complete the event on my first toon; a Fed Engineer. I started a 2nd toon; a KDF Tactical; but not in time to complete the event and claim the ship.
Since then I have created a total of 9 captains on my account including one Delta Recruit. All my captains are now able to claim the Dyson Science Destroyer.
