on my new toon's I'm not getting the Accolades & the Vet Uniforms

    You get certain rewards as the character levels up. Not all are available right away.

    some vet reward items you can't get at Lt. but the accolades are to given when you log into the game.I was getting the accolades before I started to use Arc as my launcher but after I have not been given the accolades on any new toons I make.

    The accolades and things unlock at level 5 I'm pretty sure. You usually get a mass wave of them flooding the screen a mission or two after you have finished the tutorial.
    Join date is wrong, I've actually been around since STO Beta.
    True alters don't have a "main". Account wide unlocks for all unique event rewards!!
