Voice actress for the receptionist in "Time in a Bottle" - Chase Masterson?

I am glad to see I was not the only one who thought the voice acting sounded familiar... I kept thinking, since they brought back Aron to reprise his role as Nog, why not another DS9 callback to Chase Masterson, who played Leeta, but as a different role?

I have a feeling it may also not be her, because I think Cryptic would talk that up as a selling point for the episode, but I am hoping it was her...

It's pretty much as you said, if it were, they would have sold it as such.

    I agree.

I seriously doubt it was Chase Masterson.

I think it is safe to say that if it was someone famous and connected to ST they would have advertised the fact. One thing I did like and made me chuckle, however was the speed she left once you offered a ticket out of there so she could get away!

Well, she did say she was only working the job to get a ticket off the station,no point staying if you've offered her free passage.

Who ever did the voice of the receptionist did a great job of it. Better than some of the actual Trek actors imo.

I was quite impressed with her as well. Very sultry, but she hit all the right inflections and emotional notes. I was actually very happy for her when she agreed to accept passage on my ship, she really pulled me on it.

Come to think of it, all the voice acting was pretty solid for this mission. Aaron Eisenberg was on point as always, I just wish there were options to fanboy a little, in my eyes Nog was one of the most epic DS9 characters Nog deserves to be famous. I could've sworn he made Chief Engineer on the Enterprise-E or Challenger at some point in his career...anyway.

Also props to Qwen as well, as his acting was also excellent. I especially enjoyed his Antique bit, "As is....and no refunds."

Agreed, the voice acting was a definite step up from some episodes--including some with actual Trek actors.

I particularly appreciated the more forceful, commanding manner in which Captain Nog spoke; he sounds like himself, but Mr. Eisenberg remembered all that Nog went through, both from the Dominion War, and his years working his way up the chain of command. He should be stronger and more commanding than before. Man, the moment when he told Quen's little fanboy to GET OUT...pitch perfect.
