  Well its back.
  
  bug report issued;
  
  Option was provided and selected. Stated "(ItenRecieved) Item acquired: 1 Specialization Point in chat box. None appeared in specialization window. Character is above level 60 and below max. Not maxed in any specialization.
  
  Occurred today after patch. Character had recieved the previous two points without issue.

  
  It unpacks into a box in your inventory take it you checked there?

  Yes, this was after I unpacked it....

  Yep I had the same thing happen to me. Unpacked, selected from inventory, no point awarded.
