This outfit uses invalid parts (swimwear)

I thought after seeing on here of other (orions) having issues it was just to that particular race or possibly delta recruits. I logged onto my Delta recruit trill fed character, purchased the string bikini, unlocked the outfit and went to the tailor on Risa and was met with the same error I had on my kdf Orion "this outfit uses invalid parts" Thinking more so it may be a glitch regarding delta recruits I got on my main fed that HAS the round sunglasses, risian flower accents, and the beach comber outfit that was introduced when the summer event was first started. I get a string bikini, unlock, head to tailor, set it up, click accept and..... "This outfit uses invalid parts"

    Yeah love how even my tickets being sent in are ignored just as this post seems to be by the devs
