Fatal Crash to desktop on Earth Spacedock and Ship Bridge

Since the new expansion was released one of my characters has been unavailable, stuck on Earth Spacedock in which the character crashes everytime I try to load the character. This bug has been going on for a week now, my character is useless and my main character was almost caught in the same loop permanently when beaming to the ship bridge. I am unable to go to Earth Spacedock or my bridge in fear that both will make my other characters unplayable. Please I ask can this be fixed sometime this weekend as I am missing significant progress on my down character and inability to use Earth Spacedock.

    This is happening to me as well. The game is 100% unusable to me. I have created tickets using the crash report tool, but I haven't had any response.

    I don't know if the tickets are going in or not.:(

    Joining the cause here, my main is stuck on ESD too.

    EDIT: Which is extremely annoying because he is supposed to rush through Iconian rep ASAP and craft sponsorship tokens for my other 12 characters...

    I keep getting the Hung Fatal Error at the Iconian War splash screen and can't even enter the game. It's all over the forums with no response from the devs. Do they care that so many people like myself (who have been playing since closed beta) can't even enter their game anymore? The simple answer is NO! I have spent a lot of REAL money on this game and can no longer play. I'm thinking about going online and just start telling people not to play due to the devs uncaring attitude towards the players. :mad:

    Same here, been going on for a few days now, every time I go to ESD it freezes and crashes. OSX Yosemite here too. It's a pain! I can't get anything done with my main character either as he is stuck there and it keeps crashing whenever I try to log in and get him out!
