Material Files Reloaded

Howdy all,
Just patched the new update and logged in and the game starts up and goes to the Star Trek Iconion War Logo Screen then I get Material Files Reloaded and then game crashes. I also deleted and redownloaded the launcher etc and still no luck. Any help would be great!

    same happened to me and it won fix :(

    I am all so getting this error, I just got a new computer and installed the game but it will not work reinstalled twice now with no luck

    1. Launch the STO game launcher
    2. Click "Options" at the upper-right area of the launcher
    3. Look for "Safe Mode" and check it
    4. Scroll down to "Command Line"
    5. Enter: -d3d11Enable 0
    6. Click the "Save button" and launch the game
    7. Go to the game's video settings
    8. Then select "DirectX9" as your default
    9. Exit the game
    10. Launch the game again (ensure the Command Line in step #5 is still there)
