I must say, I do regret all my complaining. That trait is a drain boat captain's dream. Kudos to the devs for finally thinking outside the box with traits. Boat can run nicely as a part gens+beam damage dealer.
The trait doesn't work well with the boat (I wouldn't bother with a drain build with it), but the console does work well with the ship.
Who knows, without the complaining it might have another tactical or healing trait. Regret not the past, it's already gone. Enjoy the shiny new ship trait. ^.^

It's weird it does not appear to use DHC/DC, since the D'Kora can. Especially since it's turn rate and inertia are much better than the D'Kora. Also strange it lacks Cruiser Commands (since the D'Kora has Cruiser Commands).
As for the bridge, please, give it to everyone. Seriously. Anyone actually been on a D'Kora bridge? My SHUTTLE has more seats! The coveted Dabo table is crammed into a service closet at the aft end of the bridge. Half the time, Dabo Leeta has to stand on the Dabo table because there is no room in that little space. I'm so tired of the long lines of people waiting to use my Dabo closet. I feel bad for them.

The ship looks nice and seems to be useable.
The only problem i see is how to include it in a beliveable way into my exploration themed FED fleet.

You paid for a very unique version of your T6 ship. You maybe have a wicked Command ship, a sleek Pilot ship, or that new Constitution that's alllllllll the rage*. However I can positively guarantee that those ships aren't the new Nandi. There are elements of all ships that allow overlap.
The same could be argued with Pilot seating and the fact that those who bought a pilot ship should be the only ones who have exclusive access to those and nobody else. Frankly, I believe there should be a little overlap with regards to ships like the Nandi. Not too much, because that completely would invalidate the previous iteration. But just enough to make it not simply a fluff ship that everyone laughs off. Frankly, for my fleet mates who haven't gotten a pilot ship, this'll be nice for them to play with.

I would love it if shuttles had the pilot movement abilities! they would be so much fun to fly that way!!!! I want my Captains Yacht/Peregrine Fighter/whatever to do a B(aileron)el Roll!!
Doesn't every other ship have at least one of these things and often two or more?
If it has Cruiser Command abilities (I'd expect at least Weapon System Efficiency and Attract Fire), shouldn't that be in the blog?
Though it might be cool for this (and certain ships that have a sci/cruiser mix) to have Weapon System Efficiency, Attract Fire, and a third toggle that enables sensor analysis.
it's a destroyer.... I hope all t6 destoryers have 4/4 with tact layout though i hope also eventually they give destroyers some special feature. Escorts have defense bonus. I think destoryers need some anti cloak ability.

I agree, I figure a heavy in built cannon or a special ability that launches super heavy torpedoes. Destroyers are meant to take out cruisers and battleships after all, at least historically, so something that does some massive damage with a very narrow fire arc would be appropriate.

This is a Destroyer, with a sci Heavy BOFF layout. It isn't a Sci ship.

I guess. Every other Destroyer can equip cannons and has a 4/3 weapons set. This is definitely in a class all by itself.
