Iconian Rep. houlry project (200 points) problem/bug

I have now 99840 Points so i only need 160 more to get to Tier 5. One hourly with 200 points should be enough but i started and finished 3 hourly projects today and still have only 99840.

I noticed that before too that sometimes i didnt get the 200 points from the hourly but only once not several times

    As it says on the project, you only get reputation from Hourly projects 3 times a day.
    Did you already get 600 today?

    I can't check the exact wording right now, but the 4th time you slot the project within 20 hours, it's written in bold that you get no reputation XP from it.

    i slotted another one and this time got my 200 Marks. No idea if its connectedto an american timezone or the german timezone where i am.

    And i also play STO in german language but i have never seen that warning.
