    You need to file a Support Ticket. Nothing you post to this forum goes to Support; thus nothing you do here can get you any help. You either use the existing system - which can require to you clear your cache or use a different browser - or you need to send an email directly to Support.
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

    Call support. I had a similar problem and after calmly talking with customer support it was sorted out.

    What is the number for support.tried a bunch of numbers but there was a busy signal on the other end.

    thecosmic1 i did send support ticket but you know the crappy system does not work.

    yes also bought zen on saturday 16th may
    ..have sent a ticket but with little help other than i should contact skrill...i think its a problem their end.but its monday and have received no reply from skrill and no zen...:-(

    Ive had the same problem with buying zen through skrill, i tried twice and it took two payments from the bank and i have not recieved no zen at all, ive not so long heard from cryptic but tried getting in touch with skrill via email butto no avail it was sent back to me, i believe there is a server problem with skrill thats not syncing with arc, ive been waiting now as thats 10600 zen that i am owed and i am not one happy person, after folking out over a couple of thousand pounds on the game since 2011 ive never encountered a problem till now.

    but im sure that the good guys at cryptic will sort this out!!!

    having trouble sorting this out..have sent e-mails to skrill but no reply...have sent a friend request if you could let me have the number would be appreciated .. did you manage to get your zen sorted out ??

    Ok Guys i have a phone number that i found that works for PWE.

    It's (888)344-4478.

    I found it on the Paypal site.Under where it says there email support junk which never works in my opinion.:mad:

    Wish they would get of there lazy buts and do some thing about this annoying issue.

    It has been over a week now and still have not gotten my ZEN from the 11th
