crashing after loading

hi,
after todays season 10 launch patch i fully load sto character screen ect without any problems but as soon as i load up sector space i make it to space for a second then crash same thing repeated three times ticket id said unknown then out right closed the same second as well
when i attempted to load a character on a ground map i loaded to 90(the number on the loading screens) then client simply closed followed by the same cryptic error handler unknown before it closed it self as well
attempted safe mode on the launcher and force verify no use continues to simply close
edit cannot load esd, ganalda or beta quadrant and have no characters anywhere else either however oddly i can load nukara prime successfully games running smooth but not risking entering space with them
update about a 2- 3 min after loading nukara prime proceeded to once again crash [yay]x5
update i did manage to get an error code one time however this time the crash error reporter didnt close but unfortunatly i didnt write the error code down
update, can no longer load any character beyond 80 90% on the loadscreen

So just wondering if you actually had a client crash....as in the game just stopped.....
and after that crash
that's when you where unable to load up your characters.

This is how it has happend to me also.
Cannot access one character out of 3. crashes trying to load new Romulus and it happened like this.
