DOFF Asylum Asignment Issues

On my main Fed Engineering character I've noticed that no Asylum assignments are popping up in the current map assignment list. Some of them are appearing in the Operations department head category.

The Asylum to Earth is not showing up at all. Nor is the assignment appearing at Sol system space. It is not appearing inside of Earth Space Dock.

Asylum to Andor is not appearing at all. It is not appearing in Andoria system space or on the surface.

I've seen Asylum to Vulcan once in the Operations department heads like most of them, once. The assignment is not appearing when you go to Vulcan system space or on the surface.

Asylum on Rigel V - Sirius | Yes, once.
Asylum on Saurian Homeworld - Alpha Centauri | Yes.
Asylum on Tellar Prime - Sirius | Yes, once.
Asylum on Trill - Beta Ursae | Yes, once.
Asylum on Vulcan - Sirius, Vulcan | Yes, once.


VERY RARE

Asylum on Bajor - Alpha Trianguli, Bajor, Beta Ursae, Zeta Andromedae | Yes, once.
Asylum on Cardassia - Alpha Trianguli, Beta Ursae, Zeta Andromedae | No.
Asylum on Karemma - Alpha Trianguli, Beta Ursae, Zeta Andromedae | Yes, once.
Asylum in Paradan Space - Alpha Trianguli, Beta Ursae, Zeta Andromedae | No.

All the ones I've seen are only appearing in the Operations department head.

What has been your guys experience with the Asylum assignments?

    I am betting whatever has hit this set of assignments is also behind the absent Haggle missions.

    they appeared only once for me. Never again, post season 10

    Since S10 release the current sector map will update for less than 2 seconds when you change sectors then revert back to the old assigments. So you can only find asylums in operations, its been said alot and with patch tommarrow no fix, over 2 weeks and nothing, current map is important for doffing, so lazy they are in fixing things.

    Esoecially when this was reported on tribble server before S10 release and was allowed to happen.

    The Asylum assignments don't seem to appear in any systems anymore, nor in any of the 'local area' listings in sector space.

    The only place they appear now seems to be under the Operations Officer heading while in sector space. I've seen Tellar, Vulcan, Rigel and Earth assignments in Vulcan sector, Caitia, Saurian and Bolarus to the 'north', Andoria and Betazed around Risa.

    However, they seem to be quite rare.

    I know there's a war on, but did they have to simulate it by giving us all a refugee crisis to handle?
