You can only get the APC's once per day, one from each mission, but that's fine by me.
This run normally takes me just over an hour (I get interrupted a lot around the house so I rarely have the chance to play straight through) and by the time I'm done, the CD's are done on the patrol missions and I can do it again. I also usually end up with around 750k to 1mil of ec from the drops along the way,...
So in less than 2 hours, I have 300+ marks, 2 APC's, up to 2mil EC, and a full days refining limit of Dilithium plus some extra.
This is without entering a single que or suffering through a single pug.
For Dyson and Counter Command, run through the respective battlezones a couple of times each, plenty of marks, Dilithium and usually several hundred k worth of EC from drops.
