Deferi and Breen Patrols missing

The subject says it all, where are the Deferi and Borg patrols for the daily missions?

    I have been looking for the Deferi Patrols for the past hour or so, but yes I believe they are missing. The whole time I did not see the Breen patrol either. Unless they have been moved, but I went through all 4 sectors...

    Have not seen them either. People have been talking about this in game since Season 10 launched.

    I've been seeing the same issue for the last week.

    The Breen and Deferi patrols have been missing since the new sector space map come on. Because of this, players cannot finish the Aiding the Deferi mission, or even play the rescue the deferi mission at all.
