Lone Wolf ability of the Pilot spec doesn't show up unless Pilot is primary

EDIT: Actually, after more testing, most if not all new Pilot spec abilities introduced in Season 10 require Pilot to be primary.

EDIT: OK, WAI actually. Stupid, but not a bug, my bad.

Lone Wolf, a clickable tier 4 ability from the Pilot specialization can only be selected and activated if Pilot is set as the character's primary specialization, despite no mention of that and the fact "Rock and Roll", a tier 2 Pilot ability can still be activated if Pilot is set as Secondary.

Reproduction steps:

1. I logged into my Federation character, S'Reeja, Caitian
2. When Pilot is selected as secondary spec, Lone Wolf doesn't appear in the list of available skills of the ship
3. However, selecting Pilot as the primary spec allows Lone Wolf to be visible in the list and thus, dragged into a power tray
4. Lone Wolf can only be activated if Pilot is primary as setting it to secondary, while Lone Wolf is in the power tray, greys it out, making it unclickable

The expected behavior for Lone Wolf would be like Rock and Roll: to be available even when Pilot is set as secondary.

That is how it is supposed to work. Any specialization tree can now be selected as secondary, and when done so you will only have access to that tree's Tier 1 and Tier 2 abilities as stated in the Pilot dev blog http://http://www.arcgames.com/en/games/star-trek-online/news/detail/9080973-pilot-specialization:

"When a Primary Specialization is slotted as Secondary, you will gain the full benefits of any abilities you have purchased from Tier 1 and Tier 2."

You will only have access to the T3 and T4 abilities if you have that specialization slotted as your primary.

Or Cryptic forgot to put some kind of notice as to how it works anywhere in-game.
