Character loading issues - crash to desktop

On one character I have repeated crash to desktops when I try to load it no matter where it is located. Then it will all of a sudden load hours later. The character is Carin@huskerklg

All my other characters load just fine. It is just that one that has the problem.

    Same here i'm crashing with my klingon characther on loading the delta quadrant...

    Same problem here .. began after the reactivation of the server of the 23rd April (after the patch) the funny thing is that I only happens with the Fed .. others allow me to log in normally (KDF and ROM) happened to me leaving the fed on hold in the mission "Gateway of Gre'thor" (normal) and now while traveling towards the fleet starbase (I was ready to teleport in, so I was already "inside" the system and not in the space where you are traveling. it does not happen all the times.. seems to happen only if I leave it dormant in certain places.. I do not know what to think..

    Getting the same issue on one of my Delta Recruits! The devs can't do anything right even after we pay them a ton of dollars. DEVS!! FIX THIS NOW! :mad::mad::mad:

    Same here, game keeps crashing when I am trying to load character "Orlando@thenoname711" while he is on ground map. First load from space to ground is fine but if i change characters or exit map while he remains on the ground then crash is what awaits me on the next load.(namely earth spacedock and fleet starbase, haven't tested more maps because getting out of the place is a pain)
    All other characters load on ground map fine for now.

    I tried fiddling with game graphics, numerous times verified game installation, changed directX from 11 to 9 and 9ex, ran game in safe mode, updated GPU drivers and even reinstalled the whole game but nothing helped.
    Gameserver not found.

    I don't understand how this can only affect one character. Clearly has to be an issue on their end, I've repaired and
    re-installed twice so it isn't file corruption here.
